This process is designed to make sure that we hire a Guide that is truly the right fit for both us and them. 

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Outdoor Guide to lead our learners (ages 8-16). 

The ideal candidate will gain fulfillment and joy by sharing their deep love for nature, exceptional knowledge of outdoor activities, and engaging young children in a safe and educational outdoor environment.
