What if we relaxed our obsession with developing talent for a bit and encouraged our children on 10 things that require none but determine so much?

- Work Ethic
- Effort
- Body Language
- Energy
- Attitude
- Passion
- Being Coachable
- Doing Extra
- Being Prepared
We could start by practicing them ourselves and letting our children watch our lives with excitement and desire.
